So I went out shopping today, and I was honestly REALLY productive, despite shortfalls such as lack of a wingwoman (Sarah, I MISS YOU!!!) and bumping into awkward person #1.

…Awk.

First stop? American Eagle Outffitters. I don’t care what haters say, I LUH AEO!

I was a bit hesitant about getting this cardigan, but then when I decided that I’d get it, I was caught between grey and navy. In the end I decided to get the grey, which was all in all a pretty good idea, because it looks really nice on me. It’s also made out of cashmere. Not the really nice, expensive cashmere, but I guess it’s soft enough.

Retails for $50, paid $20, 15% off.

I knew I was going to get this sweater, but I was again undecided when it came to color. I went with the raspberry, but realized that raspberry is super fugs on me. So I got the grey, because there were not other really non tacky colors on the shelf. It’s fleece, so it’s ridiculously soft.

Basic black thermal. I asked the SR for a small in white, and then realised that small is COMPLETELY not my size, so went back to her for the medium, which they didn’t have, so I decided to get the black in medium. Actually, it’s quite big on me, but I don’t regret skipping the HUGE salle d’essayage line, since I didn’t pay much for it, and I like my clothes loose. This was in Aerie and not AEO, but the boutique on Ste Catherine has Aerie on the third floor.

After AEO, I hit up H&M, but didn’t really find anything that amazing aside from a really nice jacket, but even at 50% off, it was $65, which is not something I’m willing to spend without first consulting my wingwoman. So I went to FCUK, which was way out of my budgeting league (but a girl can dream…) and finally Urban Outfitters.

Call me cheap (I am cheap), but I almost always purchase items from UO from the sale section. It’s messy and crowded, but oh so marked down!

Adorable Where The Wild Things Are slippers for Sarah, since she was busy and I felt bad shopping without her. She thinks they’re useless, but that didn’t stop her face from lighting up when she saw them.

Adorable Paris Vous Aime Tee. Impulse buy, but probably worth it when warm weather hits the city. The pocket-not-pocket was what bought me. There were a TON of other shirts, but I was already digging deep into my wallet as it was, so I just went with this one.
